Meet & Greet palvelu sisältyy ennakkotilauksiin
Ennakkotilaukset Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalta lähtevät kyydit
Kun tilaat ennakkotilauksena taksin Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalle, tilauksesi sisältää automaattisesti Menevän Meet and Greet -palvelun joka tarkoittaa, että kuljettajasi on sinua vastassa Helsinki-Vantaan lentoaseman tuloaulassa nimikyltin kanssa heti tuloalueen ovilta oikealta puolelta.
Kuljettaja seuraa lentotietoja antamasi lennon numeron avulla ja saapuu tuloaulaan 20 minuuttia ilmoittamasi lennon laskeutumisen jälkeen.
Ilmoitathan lentotietosi
Teit tilauksen sovelluksella, nettilomakkeella tai soittamalla, voit aina ilmoittaa lennon numeron tilauksen tietoihin. Seuraamme ajantasaisia lentotietoja ja olemme sinua vastassa oikeaan aikaan vaikka lentosi olisi myöhässä.
Saapumisaikaa koskevat muut lisätiedot kannattaa kirjoittaa tilauksen lisätietoihin, jotta kuljettaja voi varautua esimerkiksi siihen, että saavut nopeammin kuin 20 min. (vain käsimatkatavarat) tai arvioit, että saapumisessa tulee menemään enemmän aikaa esimerkiksi erikoismatkatavaroiden vuoksi.
Jos saavut erittäin nopeasti lentokoneesta tuloaulaan alle 20 minuutissa, odotathan hetken – kuljettaja tulee noutamaan sinut heti tuloalueen ovilta oikealta puolelta.
Jos saapuminen tuloaulaan viivästyy odotetusta
Matkan hintaan sisältyy 45 min. odotusta lennon toteutuneesta laskeutumisesta, mikäli lennon numero on ilmoitettu. Ilmoitathan mahdollisista viiveistä ottamalla yhteyttä kuljettajaan.
Mikäli saapuminen tuloaulaan kestää yli 45 minuuttia lentokoneen laskeutumisesta, ja johon kuljettaja ei ole voinut varautua ennakolta, veloitamme odotuksesta 1,05€ per minuutti.

Kun tilaat ennakkotilauksen, jossa lähtöosoite on lentoasemalla:
- voit täyttää lennon numeron lisäkenttään klikkaamalla lentokone-ikonia
- lentotiedot näkyvät tilauksen yhteenvedossa ja kuljettaja seuraa lentosi saapumista
- voit kirjoittaa tilauksen lisätietoihin, jos saapumisessa tuloaulaan on odotettavissa viivettä, jotta kuljetta voi varautua siihen ennalta
